I truly believe that if our governments' had controlled immigration the last few decades, then we would not be in the mess we are in now.

The failure of Nulabour and the continued failure of the coalition to ensure that the country was/is prepared for millions of extra people has added to the misery and hardship of many British families. Many feel marginalised and ignored. Most of them won't/can't say anything for fear of being branded a racist. I am not one of them. Immigration destroyed the borough in which at least 6 generations of my family had lived and worked. It scattered my family far and wide, some to Essex, others journeyed south. It destroyed my culture and way of life and was replaced by Londonistan and Eastenders. My family history has been denied my children and grandchildren.

To say I feel resentful and bitter is an understatement. Other indigenous cultures have rights, Cockneys have/had none. Even travellers are given more respect than the original inhabitants of East London.

1. Introduction

This paper outlines the many myths that are put forward by the mass immigration lobby in support of the current levels of immigration and dispels each myth in turn.

2. ‘Immigration provides great economic benefit’

For many years the government claimed that immigration added £6 billion a year to GDP. However, the House of Lords Economic Affairs Committee[1], reporting in April 2008, said that what mattered was GDP per head. They concluded that:

“We have found no evidence for the argument, made by the government, business and many others, that net immigration generates significant economic benefits for the existing UK population”.
In January 2012 the Migration Advisory Committee[2] went further. They said that even GDP per head exaggerated the benefit of immigration because:

“It is the immigrants themselves rather than the extant residents who are the main gainers”.
They suggested that the GDP of residents should be the main focus.

They recognised that the resident population would gain via any “dynamic effects” of skilled immigration on productivity and innovation – these “exist and may be large, but they are elusive to measure”.

3. ‘Immigrants are no problem as they work hard and pay taxes’

Many do work hard but the impact on the budget is very small. According to the House of Lords Economic Committee “the fiscal impact [of immigration] is small compared to GDP and cannot be used to justify large-scale immigration”.

It should also be noted that many immigrants pay very little tax since only those who earn more than £25,700 a year pay net tax. (MAC, 5.6[3])


4. ‘Britain is only the 39th most crowded country in the world’

93% of immigrants go to England so England is what matters in this context. Together with Holland, England is the sixth most crowded country in the world if you exclude islands and city states.

5. ‘The public are not really as opposed to immigration as they seem’

In a major government survey[4] conducted over a two year period 2008-2010, 75% of respondents said that they would like to see immigration reduced, 51% by a lot. A majority of the Asian community also thought that there were too many immigrants in Britain.[5]

6. ‘Population projections are unreliable’

Projections become less reliable as the length of the projection period increases. However, over the last 50 years, the ONS have been accurate to +/- 2½% in their projections over a 25 year period.

7. ‘The government’s immigration target is unachievable because EU and British migration cannot be controlled’

The major source of net migration is from outside the European Union and has averaged about 200,000 a year over the past ten years. These flows are capable of control by the government.


8. ‘Net migration of 150,000 per year would be satisfactory’

On the contrary, immigration on this scale would simply postpone the population reaching 70 million by 4 years to 2031, after which the population would continue to rise sharply.[7]

9. ‘The NHS would collapse without immigrants’

Probably, but no one is suggesting that they should be expelled. In fact, even at the peak of arrivals, medical staff were never more than 5% of immigration. The reason they were needed is that we failed to train our own staff. Other major countries in Europe have only about 5 or 6% of foreign qualified doctors, whereas we have more like 30%.[8]

10. ‘Migrants do not take social housing’

It is often said that migrants do not occupy social housing. While most do live in private rentals, official data shows that in 2010-11, 8.4 percent of social housing in England is occupied by non-UK nationals.[9]

11. ‘Immigrants are needed to pay our pensions’

This is a ludicrous argument which even the Labour government dropped. The reality is that immigrants themselves grow older so that there would have to be a continuing and increasing inflow of immigrants to have any long-term effect. The Turner Commission[10] on pensions put it like this:

“Only high immigration can produce more than a trivial reduction in the projected dependency ratio over the next 50 years”
They calculated that even net migration of 300,000 a year would produce only a temporary effect unless still higher levels of immigration continued in later years.

12. ‘Immigration has no effect on jobs’

The Migration Advisory Committee reported in January 2012 that 100 additional non-EU migrants might be associated with a reduction in employment of 23 native workers over the period 1995-2010. (This faded over 5 years and did not apply to EU workers). There is considerable anecdotal evidence of job displacement in key sectors such as construction, hospitality and retail.


13. ‘Immigration makes no different to wages’

According to the Migration Advisory Committee the majority of studies estimate that migrants have little impact on average wages but there is an impact on wage distribution in the UK. The majority of studies find that migrants increased wages at the top of the wage distribution but reduced them at the bottom. (para 4.82.9).

14. ‘Curbing immigration would prevent the Nobel winners of the future migrating to the UK’

It is often said that curbing migration means that the next Nobel laureates would be unable to reach British shores. There is no evidence to back this up. The first Nobel prizes were awarded in 1901 with the first Nobel Prize being awarded to a Briton the following year. Since the inception of the Nobel Prize, there have been 97 winners from Britain. Of those 97, 20 were born abroad, of which 7 had British heritage i.e. their parents were British. Of the remaining 13, 5 came to the UK as refugees and the remaining 8 came to the UK to continue with their academic careers with the exception of one who came to study his undergraduate degree in the UK. Therefore, not one Nobel Laureate would have conceivably have been prevented from coming to the UK as a result of the kind of immigration controls now proposed.

Immigration Petition

Sorry for the lack of posting but I have injured my right hand and wrist. It's come at a bad time because things are really starting to get exciting now politically. My blogroll on the right has a list of the best bloggers around and they can keep you up to date.

Meanwhile, although it may be waste of time, here's another petition! It may not solve anything but nevertheless seems a good way to get people talking about "taboo" subjects.

The MSM has been obsessed with the world population figure these past few days. The figures are worrying as the population explosion is concentrated in countries that can ill afford to have so many children. For the past few years, we in the West have voluntarily controlled how many kids we have. It's about time something is done in the poorer countries to stop them overpopulating the world when they can't afford it. Why should we subsidise populations with no self control? The most important thing now is for us to fix our own country. We are in no position to help anybody until we have our own house in order!

I'm Entitled # 1

Entitlement in the UK is for everyone except those who work for a living. "I'm entitled" -  I'm sick and tired of hearing those words, especially coming from someone who has never worked since he arrived with his wife and 8 children! Many of my friends are struggling to pay rents and mortgages as food and energy prices rise. Some of them have even had to give up their cars to get to work. With the government allowing scroungers like this to milk the system, it hardly seems worth working anymore.

"A family of asylum seekers has moved into a £2million home in one of the country’s most exclusive neighbourhoods at taxpayers’ expense. Unemployed Saeed Khaliif is being handed almost £8,000 a month to pay the rent on his house, one of the most expensive ever to be funded by housing benefit.

The Somali refugee, 49, demanded to be moved to the six-bedroom property in West Hampstead, north-west London, with his wife Sayida and their children after deciding their previous accommodation was inadequate.

Their old house, in Coventry, also had six bedrooms but, at £1,000 a month, was a fraction of the burden on the Government. The family say they wanted to be near friends and relatives in the capital.
But it is understood they left damage estimated at £600 in the Coventry property and did not pay their final month’s rent. Their new home has a 90ft garden and has been recently refurbished, with an en suite master bedroom, modern kitchen and large living room. It is minutes from West Hampstead Underground station and the neighbourhood is home to comedian Stephen Fry and actress Emma Thompson.


Housing benefit was recently capped at £400 per week, but the Khaliifs are able to claim more because they moved before the change came into force. According to property sources, the house was being advertised at a rent of £7,800 per month.

It is unclear how many children the family have – but up to eight youngsters have been seen at the property.


When approached by The People, Mr Khaliif said: ‘This is my house. We’ve got every right to live here.’


Speaking via his children, who acted as translators, he said he had not worked since arriving in the UK three years ago and admitted he was on benefits.


Residents in the street reacted angrily to the family’s move.An architect in her 20s said: ‘It’s just not fair, we have worked so hard to get where we are. We only just manage to pay the £3,000 rent on our flat and they have that property for nothing.’


Last night Johnny Bucknell, who is on Camden Council’s housing committee, said: ‘When Camden housing is gridlocked and there is ample room up north, why are we encouraging people to move south?’

The Department of Work and Pensions said the new rules now in force would make the system fairer. ‘As claims come up for renewal, people on housing benefit will have to make the same choices as people in work about where they can afford to live,’ a spokesman said. Mr and Mrs Khaliif refused to speak to the Mail yesterday. A handwritten note on their front door read ‘Media do not knock. We have nothing to say.’


Camden Council was unavailable for comment last night. I BET THEY WERE!

Race, Riots, Responsibility and Rational Thinking

There will be lots of "educated" analyses on the riots in days to come. Failing government policies will be flung from left to right in an attempt to place the blame for them on one party or another. The one thing we have to keep in mind here is, whether you blame Labour or the Conservatives, both are equally responsible. Indeed, we are totally governed by a socialist elite who might as well join forces and call themselves "The EU Federal Reich of Britain".

Many of the bloggers I link and communicate with are highly intellectual. You can tell by the way they write. Reasoned, eloquent and calm to the extreme. Don't get me wrong, I have a great deal of respect and even affection for some of them, but what you will get from me, is what ordinary people think. People that have to live in or by council estates, people who have been or are on benefits, people who are plumbers, van drivers, shop assistants and office workers. People that have to live day in, day out, with the consequences of uncontrolled immigration!

The riots have almost given us permission to bring up the subject of ethnicity once again, even though there are still people screaming "racist" whenever someone questions it. To say that immigration has nothing to do with the riots, is denying responsibility for a policy that has had a profound effect on our country. To blatantly stare at the myriad of looters in the media and not notice that 98% of the faces are foreigners is to ignore the big fat woolly mammoth sitting in your favourite armchair playing with your playstation.

Foreigners have now taken over vast swathes of our cities and towns. Many of us have had to move out of areas that we were born and grew up in because these people literally took over and surrounded us. They are not like us, they have different customs and values. They have their own communities, they do not integrate and try to fit into ours. They made us feel uncomfortable and if we said anything, they could shout "racist" or "human rights" forcing us to either move or shut our mouths.

UNCOMFORTABLE CUSTOMS

The government has advocated the "shut your mouth" policy. It is now illegal to be "racist". Organisations like the BNP and EDL are continually penalised because they are distinctly "white" and the thought of embracing "cultural diversity" is not the way they want to live.

How any authority on earth can control the way people think and feel on threat of arrest, is totally beyond me.  I wouldn't particularly want to live in the middle of a community where Islamic extremists put up Sharia posters or one that is filled with Baptist Churches and African hair salons. That's just the way I am. I like living amongst people who have the same values, traditions and background as me. I like to be part of a group that helps one another, one that shares the same mindset. That's why people of different faiths and ethnicity congregate in one area. That's what makes a community. Nobody criticises them for wanting to live in close proximity to each other but can you imagine what would happen if us "whiteys" tried to do the same thing? Why is it so wrong for us to want the same things that they have? For me to want to live amongst my own "tribe" is not racist, it's perfectly natural.

MIDSOMER (without the murders :)

To say that we have not benefited from immigration is stupid and ignorant. Of course we have. Many newcomers have settled, contribute to the economy and our communities, They bring with them the delights of their cultures to share with the rest of us, but I shouldn't need to say that. Why is it I feel the need to assure the "reader" that I am not referring to all foreigners, lock, stock and barrel, regardless?

It's a paranoia I can live without to be honest.

When our conniving government flung open the door and said "Welcome", they did it for entirely selfish reasons. They did it without any sense of duty or obligation to those of us who pay their wages. Not only that, they didn't bother to pick and choose people who had the same values as us. They didn't let newcomers know there were rules and laws that they had to abide by to keep the peace and equilibrium. They took our hard earned cash and the institutions we had funded for generations and gave it all away free to millions of people without thinking of the outcome. Consequently, an infrastructure that has taken decades to fund and build is now overstretched, overused, abused and on the verge of collapse.

STRUGGLING EALING MATERNITY

The future of any country lies in the hands of it's children. As adults it is our responsibility to educate and prepare the next generation for the task that lies ahead. It's in our best interest of course, we will need looking after when we are old and unable to work or disabled. Many newcomers that our government invited however, had distinct disadvantages. Some of them couldnt' speak English, others simply weren't up to it and struggled. In their bid to make "all feel equal", the bright sparks in power decided to make exams easier. If they had continued with the current system, the proportion of youngsters from certain cultures would outshine those of others and that simply wouldn't do. It wasn't fair!

DUMBED DOWN 

Socialism damages education, it rewards failure, it penalises success, discourages responsibility and lacks discipline.

So, we now have a whole generation of youngsters, many of whom have been let down in one way or another. Newcomers weren't told there were rules, so made up their own. They were molly coddled, had free education, houses, health care and money chucked at them, so they didn't bother doing anything for themselves. The education system failed to educate and teach discipline, parents have failed as role models and young people have no direction or ambitions.

The threat of punishment is minimal and rather than 1984 becoming our nightmare reality, it seems more like Lord of the Flies was the blueprint! Clearly, it is not just foreigners that this applies to, but they are in the majority (look at the news, don't argue with me). Many white Britons have found a life of crime, comfort and irresponsible behaviour on the "soash" too.  Can you blame them? If they're watching a bunch of foreigners getting benefits for doing sod all, why should they work? Why should they get up at 6am in the morning to go drive a bus all day when Winston, Władysław or Mohammad down the road is better off milking the system than they are? Do you want your hard earned cash going to the ungrateful family below? Answer honestly!

SOMALI ASYLUM SEEKER TAKES THE PISS!

Which brings me to the riots. The government has been aware for years of the gang culture amongst black and asian "youffs" and adults. I've lived amongst it myself to some degree and it's not pleasant. They are not nice people. They are mainly uneducated, mostly foreigners and don't work for a living. They steal, take drugs, drink to excess and generally make the places they hang about in, horrible for people to live around. They're not poor, they're on benefits, some fraudulently. They've got cars, mobile phones, expensive jewellery and a house full of electrical gadgets and these are the fruits of their thieving and cheating in a country they have absolutely no respect for. These are your looters and rioters. They have become professionals at milking the system.

BUILDINGS THAT HAVE SURVIVED THE WAR, BUT NOT THE RIOTS!

So, what do you do? Firstly, you have to shut the immigration door! We are in a recession, we can't afford to feed anymore unproductive mouths! Socialism would continue to embrace newcomers that won't contribute and those working will eventually either leave the country, work on the black market or stop altogether. We are not all natural "sharers". Most of us realise that contributing to a community pot is in all our interests, but when that contribution becomes unfair, we'll stop adding to it.

WE'VE GOT MORE THAN OUR FAIR SHARE NOW

Prison for criminals and immediate deportation for those newcomers that have abused our generosity, whether they have citizenship or not, whether they were born here or not, every single one of them originally comes from somewhere! I don't want to hear people screaming "you can't do that, it's racism". That's complete bollocks. If your kids invited someone to stay who ate all the food in your fridge and sat in front of the TV all day, you'd chuck them out. That's real life. If they have no papers, there will always be a way to find out where they come from. If they're asylum seekers, tough, they should have appreciated the asylum and not disrespected it. Under age, tough, the whole family goes back. If the threat of the deportation lies over the whole family, then that family will take on the responsibility of ensuring their offspring behaves in a civilised way. Yes, it's hard but life is hard, any asylum seekers escaping the terrors of their war torn country will tell you that!

Lastly, let's get the benefit system sorted. Automatic entitlement has to stop. You only get out of a system, if you or your parents have paid into it. That includes education, medical care and other benefits. We are not the world's charity!

Continue the way we are going and soft touch Britain will be a destination, not for hard working people from around the world, but for the feckless, criminal classes. Who in their right mind would want to come to a country that will take a huge chunk of their hard earned cash to chuck at wasters? What decent, ambitious, person wants to live round the corner to a ghetto run by African or Asian gangs? Can you imagine to what degree the house prices have already dropped in the riot areas? 


The people we will need to come to rebuild Britain will go somewhere else and we will end up with the dregs of the planet.

Of course, if we don't leave the EU and have control of our country, you can kiss what's left of the UK goodbye!

Tottenham, Enfield, Walthamstow .....

These riots are nothing to do with racism, persecution or poverty. Duggan was probably a dope smoking, thief like the rest of them and the "youths" involved in the skirmishes, since the shit hit the fan, are just the same. I lived in places like Tottenham, I know the culture and I know what basically goes on. It was all the excuse they needed to start rampaging through the streets of their self-made ghettoes, to smash in mobile phone shops, jewellers and urban clothing stores.

The vast majority of crime in London is committed by them.

While he kept saying his stats were crude and he didn’t have scientific numbers, on the whole the whites who were involved in these shootings tended to be from Eastern Europe" (source). (Another bad mistake in my opinion, East Europe should have been made to clean up their act before accession talks began, East Europe is rife with organised crime).

The socialists/left wing/righteous/NuLabour have allowed their imported voters to congregate, ghettoise, criminalise and generally take the piss whenever it suits them. Had they or their parents not been allowed the privilege of coming to the UK and been offered every opportunity in education, social benefits and mollycoddling from government, police and the human rights agenda, they would have no doubt known real poverty.

The taxpayers of Britain should be spared the humiliation of being forced to support these miscreants especially when services they have contributed to for years are abused and wasted on people who don't appreciate them.

Perhaps it would do the "government invited" good to get a taste of "home". So often these people talk of their "roots" with some affection! Some countries in Europe have discussed revoking citizenship for criminal activity. We should do the same, if our current justice system is failing, perhaps the thought of going back to a shanty town in Somalia, Jamaica or Bangladesh will encourage some of them to behave like civilised human beings!

May I remind the dishonourable lady that it is her government that that instigated the huge increase in immigrants over the last decade (3 million), without our consent.

I know many people are covering this in the media and blogs but I feel so strongly that we Britons have been wronged that I have to add to the chorus.

The very, very worse thing of all is, that it hasn't stopped. We are still advocating an open door policy, despite the Progressive Conservatives rhetoric.

Only 1 out of every 5 illegal immigrants are removed from the country.

We still have millions of unemployed Britons, our NHS is still stretched, mainly because it was not designed to service so many people that haven't or don't pay into the system. Our children have suffered and are still suffering because our schools are oversubscribed. The social housing shortage is worse because for years immigrants have been given priority. The benefits bill is out of control as so many immigrants are either unemployable or don't want to work and have worked out how to fiddle the system. Many of our cities have been completely invaded (including the East End of London where my roots lie).

The people that have been imported to bolster Labour's votes, thank us by segregating themselves, demanding ridiculous rights and privileges and by denigrating our traditions and customs and even insulting our soldiers.

In the coming months, we will be forced by the EU to allow thousands of "new member states" citizens and refugees from the pre-democratic states of the middle east and africa to literally pour into our already struggling country.

CAMERON CANNOT AND WILL NOT STOP IT.

YOU CAN, BUT IT WILL TAKE A REVOLUTION, IT WILL REQUIRE YOU TO SNAP OUT OF YOUR APATHY AND USE YOUR VOICES AND VOTES.

Regain control of Britain’s borders to stop foreign criminals from entering our country

Triple the number of UK Borders Agency staff engaged in controlling immigration (to 30,000).

Net immigration quadrupled under Labour, bringing three million immigrants to Britain (three times the population of Birmingham) while one million British citizens emigrated. In addition there are illegal immigrants who could number almost one million.

The economic benefit, in terms of GDP per head, was very small – whether positive or negative. 75% of the extra jobs created since 1997 went to foreign born workers.

The waiting lists for social housing in England rose by 70%. Looking ahead, 36% of projected new households will be due to immigration; that will require building about 330 new homes every working day for the next 23 years.

Half a million children will be added to primary school rolls by 2015; a similar number will not have English as their mother tongue.

The proportion of children born to foreign born mothers almost doubled to 25%. One academic projection suggests that, if present levels of immigration continue, the “white British” are likely to be in a minority in the UK in the late 2060s.

The Points Based System has increased, not reduced, immigration.

62% of the public consider that allowing immigration to rise to unacceptable levels was Mr Blair’s greatest failure as Prime Minister. His memoirs claim that his strategy on immigration of “confess and avoid” won out at the 2005 general election.

Immigration has soared by 20% under labour's new "genius" points system and in the next few weeks, the British public can look forward to even more East Europeans making their way to the UK.

"BRITAIN was warned to expect a new wave of immigration from Eastern Europe after almost half a million Ukrainians and Serbians were given the right to live, work and claim benefits in the UK.

Controversial rules passed by the Hungarian parliament mean that anyone who can speak the nation’s language or prove they have Hungarian ancestry can become a citizen and get a full EU passport.

This means they will be granted full employment rights in the UK and access to British benefits.

Now it is feared that tens of thousands of the “new citizens” will flee the dire economic situation in Eastern Europe for the UK’s lucrative job market and generous welfare system"

Enough is enough, we are not the world's personal charity.

We'd like our country back please and we'd like our referendum on the EU so we regain complete control of our borders and the human rights act.

Time to separate the schoolchildren. Those children that don't speak English should be taught English first before they are allowed into mainstream education. This would not only ensure that they are better prepared but would give the schools time to absorb those extra children at a slower, more organised pace.

This is a problem that will not go away. It puts a ridiculous amount of pressure on teachers and worse still, the remainder of students can't possibly be receiving an adequate education.

Still, that's what our politicians want, stupid people who don't question the establishment.

Other bloggers have highlighted this, so there is no need for me to repeat the true figures and obvious discrepancies (lies).

We know Labour have lied (and still are) about immigration. We know that they opened the borders to spite "White Britain". We know that as "indigenous people" our opinions do not matter. We know that if we have the tiniest criticism of immigration or immigrants we will be called names and have our reputations smeared.

I couldn't give a fuck to be honest!

Not only has uncontrolled immigration damaged our frontline services, it is now also threatening our environment and the wildlife. From a post I first saw on the news network (an excellent new resource).

This has got to stop. They estimate a couple of million pensioners will be moving back to the UK soon from Australia because the government has refused to index link their pensions. They are now having to take the British Government to the European Court of Human Rights. These expatriates have worked all their lives for their pensions and have simply moved to be with family or to live in a healthier climate. The British Government need to stop sucking up to foreigners while at the same time completely ignoring their own people.

In the last six months, I have seen at least 20 British families move back to the UK and that's only in the town in which I live. All these people will want somewhere to live, after all, it is their country of origin. Most expats still consider Britain as their home.

Take for example Peterborough (I have blogged on this menace before). Not only are the predominantly East Europeans living in resident's sheds and gardens, they have started to create shanty towns in our local public beauty spots.

I notice that people in Peterborough have a problem with East European squatters in their gardens and sheds. They are a fucking pain here in Spain too!

The police and the council won't take responsibility. Some of them are addicts and leave their used syringes lying where children play. They shit in peoples' gardens and are building makeshift camps on lawns.

They are trespassing!

Student visa numbers soar after new rules take effect (Filmed at Heathrow, the massive queues of immigrants waiting to come into the UK).

The number of students entering the UK from India and Bangladesh has risen sharply since a new visa system began, the BBC has learned.

The UK Border Agency had said it believed the total number of students was "roughly the same" as last year.

But a Freedom of Information request has revealed the number of students entering from these countries alone nearly tripled over the summer.

Lies, spin or is this government simply and completely incompetent?

Labour threw open Britain's borders to mass immigration to help socially engineer a "truly multicultural" country, a former Government adviser has revealed.

Firstly, I'm not going to apologise for defending the BNP and Nick Griffin. Secondly, I'm not going to defend myself for doing so.

The MSM has finally spoken out for the reasons that the BNP is appealing to ordinary people, most of whom are not racists! Each article says what we already know to be true. It is because the BNP oppose mass immigration, Islamisation and the loss of sovereignty to the EU.

These are all understandable concerns which are widely held by people who fear the loss of Britain’s historic identity — but which are stigmatised as beyond the pale by this left wing Labour Government which considers any such expression of nationalistic sentiment to be a form of racism. Even legitimate feelings about national identity are also deemed to be racist, Patriotism is now a dirty word and our National Flag a symbol of evil.

Immigration is driving our population to new heights. If nothing is done, we will have an extra 10million people within 25 years - and nearly 70 per cent of them as a result of new immigration.

The conspiracy of silence among the main political parties on this vitally important subject cannot be allowed to continue. They must face up to the huge impact that immigration will have on the future of our society - and especially on England, which is the destination for more than 90 per cent of foreign migrants.

Traditionally, a major characteristic of this country was the stability of our population. In fact, up until the mid-eighties more people left than wished to come here to live. Twenty-five years later the picture has been transformed: the population has grown by more than 4.4 million

Three forces account for this transformation.

First, governments simply gave up taking an interest in whether people who came to this country as visitors, workers or students ever left again.

Second, the Government has not dealt fairly with those making asylum claims. It is the mark of a nation how it stands by those in need, yet our system has not worked; it has collapsed, to the detriment of genuine asylum seekers. Foreign criminals and illegal immigrants are not deported and we still have migrants queuing at Calais!

Third – and most important – the present Government has acted as a recruiting sergeant to enrol workers from abroad. Before the EU expanded, ministers asserted that no more than 13,000 would come each year from the new countries to find work in this country. All too quickly the numbers swelled towards a million.

Overwhelmingly, this increase in immigration has been in England which, within the past 15 years, has become the most densely populated country in Europe. England is being fundamentally changed.

All too many schools report that English is not the first language for the vast majority of students. Yesterday's statistics show that, over time, the increase in population will to an even greater degree be down to those coming here and their offspring. We have failed fully to integrate many of our newcomers: this shift will further tilt the balance away from a cohesive national identity. It is no wonder that the government have had to dumb down schools!

Rather than use its energies to control these waves of immigration, the Government has instead clamped down on any public debate about the issue – it has studiously avoided seeking voter approval for the changes Britain has undergone. Gordon Brown's 6,435-word address to the Labour Party conference last month contained a mere 83 words about immigration. At the Conservative conference, David Cameron offered a mere 58 words out of 6,387. So much for the new era of honesty in politics.

Social strains caused by immigration were all too obvious even during a period of record public spending increases. Immigration now accounts for 40 per cent of new households formed, just as the waiting list for social housing in England tops 1.8 million – an incredible 80 per cent increase in the past six years. We are now into a period of unparalleled austerity. The social tensions that are already present could be massively exacerbated.

A fightback against the BNP will only be a reality when all the major parties agree that we have a problem with uncontrolled immigration, illegal immigrants, foreign criminals, Islamic dissidents and terrorists using the human rights act to the detriment of the country and all who reside in it.

The UAF delight in inciting hatred and violence towards anyone who dares to criticise immigration, the Islamification of the UK or those whom they deem to being patriotic or proud to be British!

It's a pity that they don't condemn the same facism shown by Anjem Choudary and his ilk who are even now planning a march through London by members of Islam4UK. Their goal is the Islamification of Europe and our ancient laws to be replaced by Sharia.

The utter disrespect that they show towards our heritage, customs, beliefs and people is nothing more than a despicable and deep insult to the country that has given many of them a home and a refuge (not to mention other benefits).

A RADICAL Muslim group sparked outrage last night as it launched a massive campaign to impose sharia law on Britain.

The fanatical group Islam4UK has ­announced plans to hold a potentially ­incendiary rally in London later this month.

And it is calling for a complete upheaval of the British legal system, its officials and legislation.

Members have urged Muslims from all over Britain to converge on the capital on October 31 for a procession to demand the full implementation of sharia law.

On a website to promote their cause they deride British institutions, showing a mock-up picture of Nelson’s Column surmounted by a minaret.

Plans for the demonstration have been delivered to the Metropolitan Police and could see up to 5,000 extremists marching to demand the controversial system.

The procession – dubbed March 4 Shari’ah – will start at the House of Commons, which the group’s website describes as the “very place where the lives of millions of people in the UK are changed and it is from here where unjust wars are launched”.

The group then intends to march to 10 Downing Street and “call for the removal of the tyrant Gordon Brown from power”.

The march will then converge on Trafalgar Square where protesters expect it “will gather even more support from tourists and members of the public, making clear in the heart of London the need for Shari’ah in society”.

The group declared: “We hereby request all Muslims in the United Kingdom, in Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff, Glasgow and all other places to join us and collectively declare that as submitters to Almighty Allah, we have had enough of democracy and man-made law and the depravity of the British culture.

“On this day we will call for a complete upheaval of the British ruling system its members and legislature, and demand the full implementation of Shari’ah in Britain.”

Calais fears new 'Jungle' camp of migrants is already growing

"Squalid camps next to the derelict Hoverport in Calais are in danger of mushrooming into a new "Jungle" full of Britain-bound illegal migrants, it emerged today.

Just 24 hours after a notorious camp was cleared of hundreds of mainly Afghan young men, the town's mayor said she had spotted "between 15 and 20 squats" nearby. Natacha Bouchart said that many were close to the Hoverport - a disused collection of buildings which closed in 2005 after the last hovercraft sailed from Dover to Calais".
