Smokin' Blokes #1

James of Nourishing Obscurity often posts photos of "Women in the Rain".

So, this is a series for the ladies... and it should also piss the righteous off too.

Hypocrites and Total Bastards!

"New data allegedly shows how the European commission "interfered" in the run-up to last year's Irish referendum on the Lisbon treaty.

The data was collated by Open Europe, a UK-based eurosceptic think-tank, which campaigns for British withdrawal from the EU.

It says the statistics reveal how the executive "sought to sell the Lisbon treaty, especially to Irish journalists" via a series of meetings, seminars and other events.

Stephen Booth, a researcher with Open Europe, said, "There was clearly a concerted effort to reach all Irish media before the referendum, which makes a mockery of the commission's claim that it would not interfere in what was a national referendum."

A commission spokesman said they did not wish to comment"

Not news to all of us who know better of course.

but it does makes this article interesting.

Are they preparing incase the UK Government are forced by the public into giving us one?

If so, we must be prepared for a counter campaign.

What a bunch of hypocrites!

As long as its not in their back yard....

This is getting ridiculous!

Until all this crap started, I wasn't racist, but I'm quickly getting there.......This is where we begin to say NO MORE!

"A tectonic shift is in motion: How fitting that its focal point is Ground Zero, the inevitable fault line between Islam and the West.

We look around us and we see our country unrivaled by anything in the history of human tolerance. We see thousands of thriving mosques, permitted to operate freely even though we know for a fact that mosques have been used against us, repeatedly, to urge terrorism, recruit terrorists, raise money for terrorists, store and transfer firearms, and inflame Muslims against America and the West. As Islamists rage against us, we see Islam celebrated in official Washington. As we reach out for the umpty-umpth time, we find Muslim leaders taking what we offer, but always with complaint and never with reciprocation. We’re weary, and we don’t really care if that means that Time magazine, Michael Bloomberg, Katie Couric, Fareed Zakaria, and the rest think we’re bad people — they think we’re bad people, anyway....

So finally we’re asking: Where is this “moderate Islam” you’ve been telling us about? Why would a self-proclaimed bridge-builder insist on something so patently provocative and divisive? How can we be sure that if imam Rauf builds his monument on our graveyard, it won’t become what other purportedly “moderate” Islamic centers have become: a cauldron of anti-American vitriol?"

This applies in Europe too, it's time to say NO MORE! Either integrate or leave.

Suspicious? What do you think?

I don't know what it is but something about this EU Referendum site of Mr Hannan's is nagging at me.....

KEEP EM PEELED!

I've been mulling this over and it may just be that we are heading for another "Ireland"...the extra money being spent by the EU on propaganda (usual job/trade scare tactics) and "entertaining journalists" (bribery), may make them feel confident enough to give us the referendum. They know the subject is not going to go away. The only way to shut the sceptics up, is to get a YES vote.

"Parliament has approved a controversial report which calls for an increase in the “journalistic output and visibility” of the EU.

The non-binding report says “experienced media professionals” should be hired to “inform the public” of parliament’s activities.

Its adoption in Strasbourg comes in the wake of recent claims by UK think tank Open Europe that the EU last year spent over €8m on entertaining, training and 'informing' journalists with €2.6m spent on transport, accommodation and sustenance.

That sparked accusations that the EU was using taxpayers' money to “wine and dine journalists" something eurosceptics say represents a conflict of interest.

The latest move has been branded a "full frontal assault by the EU to create a propaganda machine."

Hitting the Soft Targets - European Style

Police in up to 14 countries around Europe have coordinated to carry out raids against suspected file-sharing servers this morning. Locations in The Netherlands, Czech Republic and Hungary were targeted but Sweden appears to have borne the brunt of the action. Seven locations including PRQ, which hosts WikiLeaks, have been raided.

This morning news is coming in which indicates that very significant raids against illicit file-sharing are taking place in locations across Europe.

Police in up to 14 European countries are said to be involved in an operation, said to be in the planning for two years, targeting the Warez Scene, the network of individuals and servers at the top of the so-called ‘Piracy Pyramid’.

Details are scarce at the moment, but it is believed that at the behest of Belgian authorities, raids have gone ahead in The Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Germany, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Sweden.

Not unusually, Sweden appears to have borne the brunt of the activity with a total of seven locations raided including Stockholm, Malmö, Umeå, Eskilstuna and Solna.

That's about all they can manage. Arrest filesharers. God forbid that they catch any terrorists, slavers, drug cartells etc.... After all, that might actually be dangerous!

No, let's hit "ordinary people"....again.

Beating Etiquette

Words fail me, they really do. I'd like to beat him with a short rod!

The sooner our politicians realise that Islam is rapidly turning into a world cult and a European problem, the better.
