The fact of the matter is that Mr Scarth isn't wrong .. is he ?
Think one of the contributors over my way is onto this one. It's not as if we didn't know but it still stinks.
There's no doubt about it. Norman is a cantankerous old git but he definitely has a point and should not be in prison. He was rightly suspicious of what might happen in court and was trying to cover himself. The Judge should be ashamed of himself.
Luckily for me .. being cantankerous or being an old git are not criminal offences (yet)..The most beligerent, awkward, recalcitrant & vociferous creature known to mankind, is a Matelot who feels he's had a "green rub" ..As for Judges being ashamed of themselves .. yeah right !
