I like John Redwoods Blog. To give him his due, he seems one of the most sincere of all the "Eurosceptic" MP's. I'm guessing he's a pretty nice bloke too and appears to be of superior intelligence to most of the others. I do take the opportunity to ask the awkward questions on his posts just to see what the response is.
He always publishes and answers me, eventually....

I read his too Sue. He's one of the very few MPs who does blog daily and is always happy to be corrected. That's unusual in itself.
ReplyDeleteI'm always in two minds whether to trust him though.... :)
ReplyDeleteI read him every day as well. I think he is well worth the effort, but he is semi-hysterical about UKIP. And he thinks it is the voters fault that we have a pro-EU parliament.
ReplyDeleteYes. I'm not sure why he's so UKIP indignant. They're hardly a threat. I could understand it if they were winning all the local elections, but they're not.
ReplyDeleteI read his blog first every day. Whatever time I wake up, I know that he's already posted. He's the brightest and most objective of them all, I think - untainted by emotion, as his nickname suggests. I think his attitude about UKIP is along the lines of them being a bit of a one trick pony.
ReplyDeleteI love watching Farage - he really does a wonderful job pointing out the crap associated with the EU and all associated with it, but if he could only add some more substantial matter to his alternative, he might do better.
I trust JR, and I think it's a real pity that "we" haven't been able to get the benefit of him.
