I'm Entitled # 2

Under the European Convention for Human Rights, these as written, are the fundamental ones you and I are entitled to. They mainly come from legislation that began in the United Kingdom. We invented Human Rights.

However, our judiciary are hideously guilty of misinterpreting those rights. It really does make you wonder how some of our judges got the positions of power that they have over us. Some of them are undoubtedly totally out of touch, inept or just downright corrupt. In the case of Judge Farook Ahmed, I believe he should be SACKED because he obviously cannot be trusted to do his job properly!

Human Rights Act

The Human Rights Act 1998 gives further legal effect in the UK to the fundamental rights and freedoms contained in the European Convention on Human Rights. These rights not only impact matters of life and death, they also affect the rights you have in your everyday life: what you can say and do, your beliefs, your right to a fair trial and other similar basic entitlements.

Most rights have limits to ensure that they do not unfairly damage other people's rights. However, certain rights – such as the right not to be tortured – can never be limited by a court or anybody else.
You have the responsibility to respect other people's rights, and they must respect yours.
Your human rights are:

the right to life
freedom from torture and degrading treatment
freedom from slavery and forced labour
the right to liberty
the right to a fair trial
the right not to be punished for something that wasn't a crime when you did it
the right to respect for private and family life
freedom of thought, conscience and religion, and freedom to express your beliefs
freedom of expression
freedom of assembly and association
the right to marry and to start a family
the right not to be discriminated against in respect of these rights and freedoms
the right to peaceful enjoyment of your property
the right to an education
the right to participate in free elections
the right not to be subjected to the death penalty

"A judge cut the sentence of an illegal immigrant and drug dealer yesterday to help him escape deportation.

Vincent Miller was kicked out of the UK twice but managed to return and stay for more than a decade by stealing the identities of British citizens.

Yet when the 33-year-old was sentenced, the judge said sending him home to Jamaica would be ‘devastating’ for his three children. You see he's entitled to the right of a family life!

Incredibly, he deliberately shortened the sentence Miller would have received from a year to 11 months. Criminals given 12 months face automatic deportation proceedings.

Recorder Farook Ahmed told Miller: ‘The sentence I have had in mind was 12 months, but it seems to me that it isn’t necessary for me to pass a sentence of 12 months because a sentence of 11 months will have the same effect, and it would take away the automatic triggering of deportation. I have taken into account that if you were to be deported it is bound to have a devastating effect on your three children, who I’m told are lawfully here in the UK.’

The judge’s decision provoked a fierce backlash. (I should bloody well think so)

"Miller arrived in Britain at Christmas in 2000 when he was given permission to stay for only four days.
He did not return home and was arrested and deported in February 2001 only to return that Easter under a stolen identity. Within two years he was deported for supplying class A drugs.
From abroad he successfully applied for a new passport in the name of another man, Joseph Roche, who had no idea his identity had been stolen. That second identity crime allowed him to obtain a driving licence and start work as a barber.

As a result of his fraud, his wife and their three children, aged two, four and six, were able to claim UK citizenship."

The rest is here

You see, his children are only really legally British Citizens because he obtained his fraudulently. If he hadn't, they'd all be living in Jamaica now visiting their father in gaol there and British Taxpayers would have saved hundreds of thousands of pounds in state benefits to his family and the cost of sending Miller to a Pontins Prison Camp! Plus, they would still have their "FAMILY LIFE"

Now. I don't know about you but the Human Rights act is quite clear to me. "Most rights have limits to ensure that they do not unfairly damage other people's rights" means we have a right to be protected from illegal scum like this.

The paragraph "If any of these rights and freedoms are breached, you have a right to an effective solution in law, even if the breach was by someone in authority, such as, for example, a police officer" (OR JUDGE???)

As far as I am concerned that means that Judge fucking "Farook Ahmed" (good old British name there), IS BLOODY WRONG AND NOT DOING HIS JOB RIGHT!

Miller, his illegal wife & his brood of illegal sprogs should be shipped to bloody Jamaica!

What say you?

Just remember though, our human rights are being curtailed by that Crackpot Oracle of Wisdom the ECHR, which is filled with unqualified individuals representing not only the civilised members of Europe but also those who frequently breach human rights again and again. WIKI

Be warned, while we are a member of the European Union we will never be allowed to leave the ECHR, our Judges will always be too scared to deport anyone who screams "I'm Entitled" because that's the way the European Court of Human Rights likes it!

  1. I hereby exercise my Human Right of "freedom of expression".
"The EU and all it's works are a bunch of crap, including their Human Rights".
So is that not 'bringing the EU into disrepute'?

My human rights come from Englands Common Law. What the EU thinks it grants it equally thinks it can take away.

As for freeloading drug dealer Vincent Miller and his brood, Common Law would have seen him off years ago.
