    Me too, he's correct, it's insulting to women everywhere. What made me laugh was that only one woman raised her hand when he asked which one of them had had a "proper job"..

    These people don't help women, they hinder them. I would hate to be taken on as the "token woman" at any job.

    I'd want to make it without their sodding help!

    Scoundrel was being polite. I can think of a whole page of alternatives.

    I hear the EUSSR are sending a team of over a hundred to monitor elections in Nigeria. Maybe we need a Nigerian delegation here to comment on the EU's brand of 'democracy'?

    "Do as I say and not as I do" springs to mind.
