    That's true but there are other things on the move as well, as Autonomous Mind, Witterings and I have mentioned in the past few days.

    These could break the bottleneck and maybe a referendum would either follow or would not be then needed.

    The odd thing seems to happen quite frequently these days James.

    I am positive something will break pretty soon. I don't have inside information but after following EU news for quite some time now, I just have a feeling.....
