  1. Remember, lift with your legs.

You don't want to be putting yer back out!

  3. Hope the new place is nicer than the old place and by the way there are a lot of us angling for an invite to the housewarming ;-)

  5. I think my back has already gone and my feet are killing me.

I've been packing all day and the removal men come early tomorrow.

Property is really cheap to rent here at the moment. Thank goodness I didn't buy a couple of years ago. It wasn't that I was financially astute, I just couldn't decide where I wanted to live, so moved from town to town for a while.

I'm moving into a lovely penthouse flat with a big private terrace overlooking the mountains. No pool, but whenever I have had a pool, I've had no time to use it :(

Will try and throw a fellow dissidents party early next year, spring is my favourite time of year here, not too hot.

Captain Ranty, I'll have the factor 50 ready :)

  6. Every time I move I swear blind that it's the last time ever. Best of luck!

  7. Sue,

My flight arrives in an hour.

    I've brought my favourite thong.

4 litres of factor 50 should cover up most of my pale and slightly sickly looking bod. (If we don't do my back. Or my legs. And one of my arms).

Don't fret. I'll lend you my pasting brush.

  8. How do you persuade a load of corrupt MP's to back Douglas Carswell's private members bill calling for a referendum?

  9. Just for light relief Sur, the government back CO2 demo in London yesterday managed to attract a grand total of 20,000 WOW !

Ashok Sinha, the director of the Stop Climate Change coalition, said : “We’ve got so many people coming together. We’ve got faith-based groups, anti-poverty campaigners, green groups, students, community groups, women’s groups and unions. "

The usual suspects.Good luck with the move.
