Blogosphere reacts to news that Tories are unlikely to hold any referendum on Lisbon or renegotiation

DAVE IS A LYING SCROTE!

News on Conservative Home is that all hell is breaking out on the blogosphere after Dave (I am a liar too) Cameron stated that "the Tories are unlikely to hold any referendum on Lisbon or renegotiation".

It should therefore be evident to the Tories that this is a contentious and important subject to many of us. I am not a particularly political animal. I am an ordinary woman that just got very angry and decided to voice my anger through a blog. I don't have political ambitions to enter government or become a political reporter either.

I just want my freedom of choice and my democratic rights returned to me, my family and my fellow Britons!

Commenter's arguing on the various posts on the pro's and con's of the EU and what sort of referendum should be given the peasants (that's us), definitely all miss the point!

Whether we stay in the EU, renegotiate returning certain powers or leave the EU is not the issue here!

THE ISSUE IS, WE WERE PROMISED A REFERENDUM BY ALL THREE MAJOR PARTIES.

Lawful Rebellion. From the most excellent Captain Ranty-Freeman On The Land (Read the rest, this is just an excerpt).....

"Some one recently asked me the question; what is Lawful Rebellion?

Rebellion in itself has a number of different meanings and is in fact quite close to another word that seems to be on everyone’s lips; Revolution. Defined meaning of Rebellion;

Refusal to accept some authority or code or convention.
An act or show of defiance toward an authority or established government.

Defined meaning of Lawful;

Being within the law; allowed by law: lawful methods of dissent. (The lawful refusal to conform to the authority that is unjust)

Under article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 (the founding document of our Constitution) we have a right to enter into lawful rebellion if we feel we are being governed unjustly.

Lawful rebellion allows quite simply for the following recourse;

Full refusal to pay any forms of Tax, Fines and any other forms of monies to support and/or benefit said unlawful governance of this country.

Full refusal to abide by any Law, Legislation or Statutory Instrument invalidly put in place by said unlawful governance that is in breech of the Constitutional safeguard.

To hinder in any way possible all actions of the treasonous government of this land, who have breeched the Constitutional safeguard; defined with no form of violence in anyway, just lawful hindrance under freedom asserted by Constitutional Law and Article 61".

I therefore declare myself in Lawful Rebellion! (Well as much as I can from here... I left because I refuse to pay taxes for a corrupt government.. )

  2. I happily join you, Sue. I have struggled to defend The Tory Party and Cameron as the one beacon of hope to light us beyond the unbelieveable stupidity of The Labour Yolk. That beacon has been extinguished as we stumble into the concentration camp and the Bilderbergers of Europe shut the gate. Arbeit macht frei indeed.

  3. It will happen one day Oldrightie. Too many people have been defending DC and he has consequently got away with not giving us a referendum.

    Things will change. I don´t know when but they will...

    I am not giving up the fight!

  4. A while back I posted a form to send to the Queen about renouncing EU citizenship - I'll re-post it.

  6. I always thought DC had no balls, and now I know for sure. Just another useless tosser, in politics for the love of himself, power, and of course riches.

    Probably not much will change when/if he becomes PM. Same crap from the EU, same crippling "green taxes" etc. etc. I have always voted Tory, except in the last EU election (UKIP), but my vote will go elsewhere now.

  7. At least you're doing something and making a difference Sue, no matter how small. It's thanks to bloggers like you that the views of like-minded people like me can get an airing. More power to you.

    So for the record, scratch my Tory vote and chalk it for UKIP (if they're still alowed to exist by the next election).
    HEAR THAT CAMERON?

    Davieboy (no, not that one...)

  9. Alas, it hurts but UKIP for me.

    The thing is, we need to work for it, too: the election address envelopes won't deliver themselves.

  10. It does sting because I've always been a Tory.

  11. In a very few years I expect to be the old codger dragged away for re-education when I fail to stand up during the playing of " Ode To Joy ".

    UKIP were the only party around here with any significant Poster Presence during the previous Euro elections. It almost seemed as though the others had given up.
