The existence of a previously secret injunction against the media by oil traders Trafigura can now be revealed.
Within the past hour Trafigura's legal firm, Carter-Ruck, has abandoned an attempt to prevent the Guardian from reporting proceedings in parliament that revealed its existence.
Wasn't really alot of point, we all knew about it already!!!

Once again a stupid attempt to ban/injunct/suppress a 'bad news' story has reulted in it being all over the place but the powerful will not like this one little bit. Expect a major attempt to suppress the entire net ( esp. Twitter ) very soon.
