The government have announced the winner of their design a public space competition, to minimise the effects of a terrorist attack.
Since when are we letting these people get the better of us? This government allows terrorists to walk the streets of the United Kingdom, lets "anyone" in from Pakistan on a student visa, has them queuing at Calais and then the taxpayer has to provide funds for especially designed spaces to be safe in. I thought design was making people's environments more pleasant!
Unbelievable!
It will be useful in controlling the public too said Security Minister Lord West! He's willing to bet on it.
