Sue, they have a list to tick off, ready for the snap election. All the flood of rubbish initiatives is giving way to pleasing focus groups. The Budget will be the finale, the G20 we will be told, a great success. Just you see. I suspect they are getting more and more confident the "Glenrothes" dry run will work on a grander scale.
