I have a Question!

I have been looking at the "They Work For You" website (nothing on TV) and I noticed that there are some Lord's on there that don't have a breakdown of expenses at the bottom. For example Lord Adonis and Lord Malloch Brown. Does this mean they are not subsidised by the taxpayer?
