My throat feels like the bottom of a parrots cage.
--------------------- How on earth would you know? Seriously, molly coddling and rest works a treat. Scotch helps as well. Get better soon, you're needed on the barricades!
Whisky, whisky, whisky, red wine, Jewish penicillin (chicken soup: shame I'm not in Spain, I'd make you a batch), pile of novels, crap TV, box of chocolates and a maid. If no maid is forthcoming, keep on with the whisky.
I prefer a good brandy :) of which I already have had copious amounts of in the last couple of days. Tin of Heinz Tomato Soup (purchased from the English Supermarket down the road at the extortionate price of nearly 2 euros) Sky TV (Sci Fi channel) IT manuals count? No maid, just the dog... who guards me continuously :)
