Those on Benefits...
Could there have been a worse possible time to announce that those on benefits had to find jobs? How many jobs is Gordon going to create? How much is this scheme going to cost? How long will this realistically take? What planet is he living on?

With getting on for 5 million unemployed, 1 million unemployables, 1 million unfit, 2 million in desperate need of training and hundreds of thousands of very employable people being made redundant every day, then there is absolutely no chance of getting the long term unemployables into work at all as every vacancy now has several hundred people chasing it as well as dozens of immigrants also keen to fill each vacancy. Politicians literally live in another world with the trough being filled for them each morning.
